Biography of Kyndra L Mulder

Over 30 Years of Success!

A Personal Note from Attorney Mulder:

Hello and thank you for taking the time to check out my website.

I have been licensed to practice law for over 30 years. My practice is limited to U.S. Immigration and Nationality Law. I focus uniquely on I-864 Defense and cases that require a WAIVER or removal defense. My career began in the State Attorney’s Office in Broward County (Fort Lauderdale, Florida). Naturally, I represent immigrants who have found themselves in trouble with the law and facing inadmissibility or deportation as a result.

After practicing law for over 30 years, I am no longer interested in the big office; secretary, receptionist, paralegal and junior attorney. I prefer to meet with a client personally, stay in touch with the client,, and personally handle every aspect of the case. You can guess that, as a sole practitioner I must limit my case load. This is another reason why I am selective. I will not take on more work than I can handle.
